Shipping rates
All items ship for FREE to European Union countries except Malta and Cyprus.
Shipping & Delivery times
Please check individual product pages for current expected shipping dispatch times (in blue text above Add to Cart button).
After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Netherlands, Germany, Belgium: 1-3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships, allowing you to monitor the progress of your Possum Play Couch delivery.
During peak periods, please allow extra time for shipping as delays may occur.
Shipping modifications
Once your order has shipped, unfortunately we're unable to modify shipping information (eg, incorrect address) or add/remove items. If you've made a mistake, email us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can try to make updates. If your item has already been processed for shipping we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make any changes (but we’ll certainly try!) and you may be charged a redelivery fee.
