Materials & Safety

The Possum Play Cover Set is made from STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified, brushed microsuede covers. We love microsuede because it is super durable (stain resistant, machine washable, shrink-resistant) whilst also being super soft and smooth against the skin.
We use YKK® Zippers. All our zippers come with rounded heads and fabric 'zipper garages' to prevent scratches and snags

Great purchase

Bought as a joint present for our toddler and very mobile baby. Lots of options for play for both ages, lovely colour (we got the yellow) and lovely feel to the fabric. Large enough to use as a sleepover bed/make various constructions with but stacks up quite nicely to fit into a corner in a bedroom as a seat

AVOID
Company deceived me by stating they had no discounts or promotions and had a huge promotion two weeks later. Would not refund the price difference. Would not recommend.

As a small business with a small team, if and when we decide to run a promotion, these are not confirmed until far closer to a sale period, and our November sale was not finalised until over a month after your September 11 email. We did offer the suggestion to sign up to our email list which is where we would announce any future sales.

AVOID
I contacted the company prior to purchase asking if they had any discounts for NHS staff. They stated they did not and didn't have any upcoming promotions. I made a purchase based on this information from customer support. I was shocked to see two weeks later that there is a huge promotion! I contacted customer support, but they didn't offer to refund the price difference even though I had only received my order two weeks prior. What a shame as I was planning on purchasing add on products. Will not purchase from this company in the future.

Loving our play couch, kids have played with it non-stop! Inflated very quickly from the box it came in and was good to go pretty much straightaway. Would highly recommend! The sage colour covers are quite a light colour and do look to mark quite easily, but I guess to be expected with any such product under heavy use with kids.

Hi Hattie, thank you for your review. We're thrilled to hear your kids love their Possum already!! We designed The Possum so that caring for your play couch is a breeze. For small spills and stains - anything from crayons to carrots, spot clean with a damp, clean cloth and warm water or a baby wipe. For a full-clean, our microsuede covers can be popped in the wash! Make sure your machine is on cold wash with colour-safe detergent and a gentle cycle, and then line dry. xx

The BEST thing we have bought!

This is hands down the best thing we have bought. It is so well made and super versatile. We bought it with the intention that it would most likely just be used by my 11month old but it has come in useful so many times for my daughter, us and guests . We’ve had it for about a month and it’s been used as a sofa, a bed, a fort, a ball pit plus a million other things, the options are endless. My little one hasn’t mastered walking yet but can now climb like a pro. I am also so impressed by how easy it is to clean. There is not one thing about this that we don’t love!

Highly recommend for 1 and 3 year old

We just got this for our two boys aged 3 and 1 for their bedroom, they haven’t stopped playing with it! It’s been a pirate ship, car/bus/taxi, swimming pool, tent, house, obstacle course you name it. It also makes a very comfy mattress on the floor for sleeping. Highly recommend.
